Any personal information given will be held within Pacifique or on its behalf, the appropriate steps and responsibility will be taken to protect the personal information you share with us, from unauthorised access or disclosure. We will not retain any of our customer’s financial information including credit/debit card details.
Web privacy and access
When Pacifique collects personal information on the web we intend to post a purchase statement that explains why personal information will be collected and whether we plan to share such information outside of Pacifique or those working on our behalf of us. We do not intend to transfer personal information with out your consent to those who are not bound with Pacifique unless it is legally required.
If you choose to not share some personal information, this will deny you access to some of Pacifique’s offers and services provided that involve our interaction with you.
If personal information is given we can contact you on offers and services and keep you updated on products etc, and also so that you can contact us if needs be. For us to be able to do so we will need to be provided with correct details and be given any updated information such as change of address and name.
We do not intend to pass your personal information on with out your consent. It is also against Pacifique’s policy to sell personal information collected on line with out consent.
Third Parties
Third parties provide Pacifique with services such as delivery, products, information and services. We will take reasonable steps to ensure third party services provides are obligated to protect personal information on Pacifique’s behalf.
Personal Information
The personal information we will require from you for full use of Pacifique's services will be, a first and last name, a home or physical address and an email address or other contact details. If you choose to not give Pacifique your personal details you can still visit the site and browse but you will be restricted as to what you can do such as ordering products and services from us.
Disclaimer
Because everybody's skin is different we recommend that you use a low strength solution to start with and to do a skin test before applying the entire product, in case of sensitivity to DHA. Therapists should always consult clients to ensure they have no allergies or skin conditions, and that the products are suitable for them personally. Pacifique accepts no liability for mis-use or incorrect application of products or equipment.
Returns Policy
Pacifique hopes that no one will has any problems with our products and services, if there is any problems with products and there is a genuine with products or equipment, the returns will be as follows.
For products that are faulty or the wrong product that has bin sent out to you then we will give you 7 days after receiving product to send it back to us for exchange. Any time after the 7 days returns will not be accepted.
Reasons for returns can not be due to choosing wrong products or changing your mind about the product you have chosen. We will evaluate your reason for returning the product.
If a product is faulty on our behalf then when we have received the returned product we will send you a replacement product with no charge of re-delivery. Products must be returned in the same way they were received by you, they must not be used and open unless product is faulty.
All professional equipment will come with a 1 year warranty and returns or refunds on equipment must have a genuine reason or faults, this can not be because you changed your mind or your salon/business doesn’t wish to do tanning any more and no longer needs the equipment.
